As we grow Ealing Book Festival we are also building up our team. Currently we are looking to fill the following volunteer roles:
Board Roles
Secretary to the Board of Trustees
We are looking for someone with great organisational and admin skills to join the team as our Secretary.

Management Team Roles
Box Office Manager
We are seeking an organised, customer-focused individual to manage Festival ticketing. Responsibilities include managing our online ticketing system, overseeing ticket sales, maintaining financial and attendance records, resolving attendee queries and supporting audience needs.
Volunteer Lead
This vital role is responsible for recruiting, training and coordinating volunteer stewards to ensure the safe and effective delivery of the Festival, including managing volunteer relationships, scheduling and deployment; overseeing inductions and guidance; supporting volunteers during the Festival; and coordinating feedback and recognition afterwards.
Fundraising Lead
Responsible for securing funding to support the Festival and build financial resilience, the Fundraising Lead works with Trustees and the Management Team to set fundraising targets, develops sponsorship packages and materials to secure sponsors, manages grant applications, grows online fundraising channels, and manages donor relationships.
Local Publicity Coordinators
To continue to spread the word about the Ealing Book Festival across the entire borough of Ealing, we are seeking book lovers with knowledge of Southall, Greenford, Hanwell, Acton or Perivale to lead local promotion of the Festival in these areas by engaging with community groups and distributing promotional materials.
